Casa Ciao Bella is located in a gorgeous, historical villa near the village of Carassai in the region Le Marche (Italy).
The villa is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and breath-taking views of rolling hills and vineyards.
The house includes two independent apartments on the ground floor and the villa’s main house is situated on the first and second floor. Each apartment has its own entrance and private terrace where you can have your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
The villa sleeps a maximum of 12 persons. It’s possible to rent the whole house or parts of the villa.
Inhale the Italian way of life and enjoy every minute of it!

The villa
The villa is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool (8x5m), where you can relax on the loungers or under the pergola.
There is lot of space and privacy in and around the villa. In the garden you will find 2 big fig trees, an apricot tree, a small olive grove and lots of fresh herbs.
Casa Ciao Bella offers also the possibility to meet and connect with other guests. Sharing a aperitivo together or even a spontaneous meal at the pool or the roof top terrace.
From here you can reach the Adriatic sea with the beach less than 15 minutes by car and Monte Sibilini – a national park – less than one hour away by car.
And there is a lot more to explore and experience in this beautiful part of the region Le Marche.

Ciao! My name is Anna, I’m Dutch and I have a great love and passion for Italy.
It has long been my aspiration to work and live in Italy and Casa Ciao Bella is the realisation of this dream. Besides the gorgeous landscape, friendly people, the cultural treasure trove, nice weather, and amazing food, I feel so much at home in Bella Italia.
At Casa Ciao Bella I created a personalised guesthouse to make my guests feel like they are at a home away from home. I can’t wait welcome you!
