This apartment (45m2) is suitable for 2 persons. It has its own private entrance and a private terrace where you can enjoy your meal, an drink and relax.

The mainhouse
Apartment for 8 sleeps
This apartment is suitable for 8 persons. It has its own private entrance and a big roof top terrace where you can enjoy the amazing view.
The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the villa. On the first floor there is a big living kitchen, fully equipped, a living room and entrances to the roof terrace.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 sleeps each, and 3 bathrooms.
Prices:
- Mid of April until June, September: 1750,- Euro per week*
- July and August: 1950,- Euro per week*
- *Inclusive: WiFi (Basic), linnen, towels and use of gas, water and electricity
- *Exclusive: Final cleaning a 150,- Euro and a deposit of 200,- Euro
The whole villa for you
The villa Casa Ciao Bella
You can rent the whole villa, maximum 12 sleeps. It consists of 2 independent apartments on the ground floor and a big apartment for 8 persons on the first and second floor.
Prices:
- May until Mid June, September: 2250,- Euro per week*
- Mid of June until end of August: 2750,- Euro per week*
- *Inclusive: WiFi (basic), linnen, towels and use of gas, water and electricity
- *Exclusive: Final cleaning a 250,- Euro and a deposit of 300,- Euro
Booking & conditions
Booking
For the reservation I will send you a confirmation and ask for a deposit (40% of the total amount). This must be paid within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation. When the deposit is paid, the reservation of your stay at Casa Ciao Bella is final.
The general terms and conditions of Casa Ciao Bella apply to the agreement.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation on the part of the guest, it’s not possible to get a refund. In case of cancellation more than 28 days before arrival, the amount of the deposit (40%) is due. In case of cancellation less than 28 days before arrival, the full amount of the booking must be paid.
Liability
Casa Ciao Bella is not responsible/liable for damage or personal injury, loss or theft of any kind.
All risks during a stay at Casa Ciao Bella are the responsibility of the guest.
Casa Ciao bella is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, natural disasters, attacks, strikes, violence or accidents.
If there are damages and/or loss of movable and immovable property of Casa Ciao Bella, this must be reported and reimbursed as soon as possible.
