Casa Ciao Bella is a beautiful villa in the heart of Le Marche (Italy) in the countryside, located on the edge of the village of Carassai in the province of Ascoli Piceno.
The house is divided over three floor, there are 3 independent apartments, and sleeps a maximum of 12 persons. It’s possible to rent the whole villa or parts of the villa.
It offers guests an authentic, relaxing, and welcoming experience.

The apartments on the groundfloor
The two independent apartments are located on the ground floor and are suitable for two persons.
Each apartment consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bedroom with separate bathroom.
Both apartments have a private entrance and a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast while soaking up the panoramic view.
The main house - sleeps 8 persons
The kitchen is the heart of the villa
On the first floor the spacious bright living-kitchen is located and is the heart of the villa.
The characteristic Italian terracotta-floor and large windows with views of the surrounding countryside make you feel like you are truly in Italy. Doors to the terrace from the kitchen make it easy to dine alfresco . It’s an easy and relaxed meeting place.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:

- 4-burner stove
- Dishwasher
- Refridgerator
- Pots, pans and silverware
Enjoy amazing views from the roof terrace
A family dining table connects the outside veranda with the inside kitchen area. Drink your morning coffee on the lovely terrace while the sun is rising, view the rolling hills and vineyards that surround the villa.
The lounge sofa on the other side of the veranda is a perfect spot to spend evenings sipping wine, chatting with other guests, or just sitting and relaxing.
It offers shade on hot summer days or extra warmth on cooler evenings in spring and fall.
The living room is serenity
The living area is the ideal place to relax after a walk through picturesque villages when it’s too windy or sunny outside. Curl up in the soft cushioned sofa and talk about the adventures of the day, have a drink or grab a book from the well-stocked bookcase.
The space is light and inviting. Doors on both sides of the room open towards the roof terrace and the pool.
The bedrooms
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms; 2 rooms with a private bathroom with shower and 2 rooms that share a bathroom with a separate shower in the hallway. Sleeps a total of 8 people.
The garden is a peaceful green oasis
The large mature garden with olive trees and fig trees, grape vines, and fresh herbs is a well-kept haven of tranquility.
Enjoy the verdant landscape and find your favorite spot in the cool shade. You can sunbathe by the pool, relax on the loungers, under the grape vines, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
